The Po Valley is a valley of the Cozie Alps, whose soils are very sandy, thus favoring a natural drainage of the soil, thus avoiding stagnant crops. Water fountains, which supply the wells and springs we use for irrigation, are fueled by glaciers, snowy reservoirs and the many mountain lakes lying down the slopes of Monviso. Using a local irrigation system we get an adequate water balance avoiding unnecessary waste of water. Moreover, being close to the mountains, we have a lot of natural ventilation. From the very beginning we cure our plants and thanks to the tall scaffold system we get the increase of solar irradiation, greatly favoring the coloration, the flavor of the fruit and the highest 'organoleptic qualities. All of these elements allow us to bring on your tables an excellence: peaches, nectarines, apples, plums and kiwi healthy and genuine.
